Direct clinical care is what most people picture when they think about healthcare careers — and at HealthSkil, this track is where our clinical staff bring their skills to bear in skilled nursing, geriatric care, rehabilitation, and community health settings.

Roles span the spectrum of bedside and community care: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Community Healthcare Workers all play essential parts. Some staff work in nursing facilities. Others work in patients' homes or communities, meeting people where they are.

What distinguishes HealthSkil from typical clinical staffing? Two things. First, we operate as a long-standing healthcare organization, not a staffing agency — meaning consistent hours, real benefits, and predictable scheduling. Second, our clinical staff get to work alongside teams doing healthcare quality improvement work, giving direct-care clinicians visibility into the bigger picture of how care delivery improves.

This is one of our most geographically distributed tracks. We hire across the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia metro, Reading, Bethlehem, Carlisle, York, and elsewhere across Pennsylvania. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
